Matt is a Principal and EVP of Investments with Mackenan Property Group. Mackenan develops residential, industrial, and mixed-use properties in the Carolinas. Matt oversees debt and equity fundraising for a development pipeline of over $400 million. He created IOSList as a data source for industrial outdoor storage professionals.Outside of real estate, Matt is an active investor in technology startups. His focus is seed and pre-seed companies that are critical to their customer's operating stacks. He created VScore to measure venture investments.
